In that case I suspect the file contents might not be indexed. Are the attachments returned correctly when searching their titles?
Yes there was
If so, then on the index table settings, try changing the PDF indexing methord from ‘Auto’ to first ‘PDF2Txt’, then indexing the documents again: https://i.imgur.com/T8Z7N1I.png
Then check if the total keywords count has increased, and try to search for the file now.
If no results still, try this again, but with the ‘Smalot parser‘ option.
I tried pdf2text: number of keywords inreased
I tried smalot as well: number of keyword decreased compared to pdf2text
Neither had not search result.
