I’m afraid probably no. We were already thinking of somehow making the options global/local, perhaps by adding a switch of some sort (?), but the for now they stayed separate for each site. Most multisite users preferd it that way, so we sticked with the current option. We will defintiely look into a possible solution – perhaps by programatically adding a constant, or using a hook of some sort to give multisite users control over the options “globalness”.
