It might help you.
1. All you need to do is select the isotopic layout, and set the search results position to blocking. http://wp-dreams.com/demo/wp-ajax-search-pro3/docs/assets/images/image_6.png
2. There is a submenu called “Priorities”. I think that’s what you are looking for. More info in the documentation: http://wp-dreams.com/demo/wp-ajax-search-pro3/docs/#result_priorities
