I don’t have the FTP access, but if needed can request it.

Issue: When we search ‘dr hub’ it returns results “DR Hub – Practice Management Modules” and when we click on the result it takes us to a 404 page (https://www.lawsociety.sk.ca/ninja-table/dr-hub-practice-management-modules/), but it should take us to “https://www.lawsociety.sk.ca/dr-hub/practice-management-course/”

What do we need to do to correct the link?

    Thanks

    Paul

    Hi Paul,

The “incorrect” link seems to be of a “ninja-table” post type. However that post type is not an actual viewable, but rather a storage for the ninja tables. I can see the correct result as well when I scroll down the results list (it is a page result): https://i.imgur.com/MfVEFP7.png
If you remove the “ninja tables” post type from the General Options -> Sources panel, it will resolve the issue.

    Hi Ernest

Thanks for your reply. That fixed the issue thanks.

A question: If I remove [ninja-table] from the source, will it not affect the search of the records within the table? And do the changes in the General Options take immediate effect? Or do I have to manually reindex?

    Thanks

    Paul

    Hi Paul,

Until a new index is created nothing changes in the database. If you create a new index, it will remove the unneccessary additional data from ninja-tables core post type from the index table.
