    Hello,
For some time now, there is this 500 internal server error coming up when trying to access the customizer in my wordpress dashboard (I’m on a wordpress.com environment).
I have contaced the wordpress guys and they insist, this problem was coming from your plugin Ajax Search Pro. This is their latest message today:
“The plugin Ajax Search Pro is the cause of the 500 error when accessing the customizer. This is confirmed by the deactivation of this plugin, and the customizer running there after.
This plugin was autoupdated on 17 Jan 2019, so a change in code on that plugin could cause the issue. You can see this update by scrolling through your activity log here: https://wordpress.com/activity-log/ericroth.org
Because the plugin is tampering with WordPress core functionality, I would look to contact the plugin developers for a resolve as to why this is happening. https://ajaxsearchpro.com/

Could you look into it and let me know?
    Thanks,
    Eric

    Hi Eric,

Thank you very much for the details!

I have quickly logged in, tried de-activating Ajax Search Pro, but the problem still persist, please see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hXHmoGh2lqE&feature=youtu.be

The issue is unfortunately related to something else.

    Best,
    Ernest Marcinko
