Hello, love your product. Having trouble getting the index to work without an error. The site is mostly pdfs, so the main reason for search. I’ve followed the guide but stumped. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
May 10, 2018 at 10:44 am #17819Hi!
Thank you for your kind words and the proper details, I think I managed to solve the issue.
Indexing files can be an exhausting operation, and the indexing failed, because the default number of items to index per iteration is set to 25. Basically the server was not able to process that many files at once. I have changed that option from 25 to 2, here: https://i.imgur.com/YQZ5yXW.png
I completely forgot to include this information in the documentation, sorry about that, I will make sure to add it soon.
The indexing now finished successfully, with 12848 keywords, which sounds correct to me: https://i.imgur.com/W8kPaxt.pngI hope this helped!

I did have a question. Would you know if any other plugins were installed with this plugin? Thanks
May 25, 2018 at 11:45 am #18020Thank you for letting me know. The upcoming release will have an automatic throttle measure to prevent this.
There are no additional plugins installed with this plugin, it is a standalone installer, does not require any other plugins to work.
Best,
