Accent mark issue

Hi

We are using your Ajax Search Form and we found an issue. If you try to find something with accent mark, returns a error and goes to this page https://bhdomestico.smartbrand.es/?s=musculaci%C3%B3n&asp_active=1&p_asid=2&p_asp_data=1&current_page_id=2&qtranslate_lang=0&wpml_lang=es&filters_changed=0&filters_initial=1&asp_gen%5B%5D=title&asp_gen%5B%5D=content&customset%5B%5D=product

To reproduce:
1) You can go to our home (https://bhdomestico.smartbrand.es/domestico/).
2) Go to search (https://prnt.sc/ulq82l)
3) Finde “musculación”

Why happens? How can fix it?

Hi,

I suspect this might be a server related issue, but I cannot tell for sure. If I try to search for the acented word, without the plugin active strings, it also returns the issue: https://bhdomestico.smartbrand.es/en/?s=musculaci%C3%B3n

Can you please add temporary FTP and back-end details? I would like to check what happens when the plugin is not active.

Thank you very much! Unfortunately the issue seems to be unrelated to the plugin, as it persists, even if the plugin is disabled, please see:

– Doing a regular search on this URL still causes the issue: https://i.imgur.com/F70sVkL.png

I recommend checking the server configuration, firewall, .htaccess and .htpassword configurations, as well as any security and other related measures if any of the requests is not blacklisted. Turning off plugins one by one, and switching the theme may also help determining what might be causing the issue.
