Try HOTELS and mark OPEN ALL YEAR … do not filter … DESTINO or HARD ROCK ONLY open in summer
I use this an all , all use the same AFC
{get_values}||SII thing I solve it by unchecking this option

That is very likely the solution, it will exclude results, which does not have the custom field defined.
