Hey!
I purchased the related posts plugin. When adding related posts to product pages, it makes the page broken. Related posts plugin should be under the product info, but when activating the plugin, it will lose some of the data in product tabs. I also added a screenshot. Please help me out, what should I do. Thank you in advance!
Best regards,
Helena Helendi

I’m guessing it might be an unkonw CSS or javascript conflict. It’s impossible to tell without actually seeing the issue.
Best,
Can you please add temporary FTP and back-end access as well? I would like to debug throuhg the plugin code to see where the problem might be.

June 22, 2017 at 1:22 pm #13763Hi!
I’ve tried both log-in details, but they does not seem to work.
Best,
– The back-end says invalid username.
– The SFTP client returns: Password authentication denied.
Perhaps using password is not permitted via sftp?

Thank you, the SFTP works now, but I still cannot log-in to the back-end with the new details, can you please check that?

Thank you, that worked perfectly.
I’ve identified the issue and implemented a fix as well. The shortcode was very likely executed too soon, and somehow the builder replaced the tabs content with it. I’ve added a manual shortcode execution code, now it should be displayed correctly.
