My self is ankit from Digambar Jain Wiki – Digjainwiki.org.
After installing the plugin we found that our 2 important pages are turning completely black.
While this did not happened earlier with Ajax Search lite plugin, when i purchased pro plugin these 2 pages are not at all showing up.https://digjainwiki.org/dev/live-vihar-and-updates-tracker/

For now i have disabled Ajax Pro Search plugin in development environment – digjainwiki.org/dev
Request to check and help us with the solution.Also this is a gentle reminder that we are awaiting your plugin update to retrive images from arrays for which you fixed. However now i have refreshed the instance citing this black screen issue.

Can you please add temporary FPT access as well?
This looks like some sort of a 3rd party plugin or code conflict. The error logging is disabled or routed to a log file, which I can’t see from the front-end.
First I will try to reinstall the plugin to make sure there are no corrupted files or anything. Then enable error reporting and debug through the file tree to see where the error is triggered exactly.October 25, 2021 at 11:22 am #35306ankit63

Okay, so I started debugging, but once in a while the error was gone, which meant there was nothing wrong with the plugin. I tried to increase the memory limit in the wp-config.php file, and it resolved the issue.
The PHP process was running out of memory, there was only a few KB left when ajax search pro started to initialize. I left the following code in the wp-config.php file:ini_set('memory_limit','512M');It should be okay now.

ParticipantHi Ernest, Many Thanks for looking into this 🙂 :). I am very happy that it was just memory issue and there is no conflict of any plugin in the site.
Thanks so much for looking and helping on this and also for advising where you put the code else i would have been wondering where exactly to do the changes.
Now only the last request looking for an update of the plugin in which it will support images from an array – that i guess you have already fixed.

The next update was almost released by now, but some tests revealed issues so I had to postpone it. It looks very promising now, it should be released any time during the next couple of days.
If you don’t mind, I will close this topic soon and mark it as resolved, feel free to open another one if you have other questions or issues.
