    Hi!

Can you please update your ticket with log-in and FTP details, so I can investigate the issue?

Unfortunately there are no error messages displayed, so I don’t know the cause yet.

    Hi!

Can you please provide FTP access as well, I will have to edit files in order to find the cause of the error.

I know the error message refers to the plugin, but there is no error message within the request body from the server. The only option is to debug through the plugin code line-by-line to find the source of the problem.

    Hi!

Thanks for the details. I have found the error and corrected it.

The problem was that the option to search blog titles was active, and the multisite check failed for some reason. I’ve corrected the bug and of course I’m adding this fix for the upcoming release, so it should not re-appear again after updating.
