Our Ajax Pro Plugin is conflicting with our site. It is causing Elementor to not load. Also, it times out and never loads results both on Desktop and Mobile on all browsers. See Loom video attached.

Thank you very much for the details, it helped a lot!
Luckily the issue was very minor, the index table engine was not selected, and the regular engine was not sufficient to execute the request. I switched to the index table engine (much better and faster), now it should be okay.
