Hello,
We install SearchWP for indexing PDF content in addition as Ajax Search Pro.
We find the PDF but the results page don’t display ascending results.
We still have the “date ascending” parameters in the ordering.
Have you got any idea please ?
You already have the Admin username and password.
How can we fix it and when ?
Thanks for your answer.
YvesDecember 20, 2017 at 10:47 am #15919Hi Yves,
If the SearchWP is active, then the Ajax Search Pro configuration has no effect whatsoever on the results page. In that case I believe you will have to find an option in the SearchWP configuration to change the ordering.

Thanks for your answer.
I activate the search results override and put the Primary result ordering at “Date ascending”.
It doesn’t work properly. You can look this results page : https://presse.angers.fr/?s=conseil+municipal
Have you got any idea ?
Thanks.
YvesDecember 21, 2017 at 8:08 am #15961Hi Yves,
Make sure that no other search override plugin is active in that case. If SearchWP is active, it will automatically override the results sent by Ajax Search Pro.
Best,
If that does not help, feel free to add back-end and FTP details, and I will try to debug through the issue.
