Ajax search result vary with WordPress search result.

We are using Ajax search pro with beaver builder module. We have enabled the setting to override the search result but somehow it is not working. Can you please help us with that.

Do you happen to have any other search plugin active by any chance? In almost every case this is caused by having two search plugins active and overriding each others results.

Can you please check that?

I may need temporary SFTP access as well. I suspect there is a yet unknown issue in relation when the max number of results is set differently for the drop-down and the results page. It is very likely specific for your case becasue of the high number of keywords (over 10 million).
If it’s possible, I would like to debug that to see what is going on.

I tried to connect, but I’m getting a timeout error. That usually means either the port or the IP is incorrect. I tried the default ports, both SFTP and FTP as well as port 2222.

Can you please check if the IP is correct or if I need to use a different port? I suspect it might be different from the default port (22).
