We are having another issue on the backend of the plugin
-Settings interaction is not responsive
-Settings layout css is missing
(attached image.zip)We hired a developer but failed to fix the issue
so the problem could be due to them editing the code on backendWhat if we try to reinstall the plugin? This could fix a lot of issue
but first is it possible that you backup our settings (Shabbat and Torah) since its not possible on our end to interact with the setting.
We currently use the 4.20.8 Version.
Can you send me the link of the latest version of the plugin?Attachments:

It indeed looks like missing stylesheets and corrupted javascript files. It is definitely was caused by the direct edits.
Best,
You can always download the latest release on your codecanyon downloads section: https://codecanyon.net/downloads
Reinstalling will very likely resolve the issue.

are you able to backup our settings for the two search engine (Shabbat and Torah)?September 2, 2021 at 10:01 am #34493If you disable, delete and re-install the plugin the search instance information is not deleted. You can also use the export/import options if you want to make sure: https://i.imgur.com/IOgPGEG.png
