Hi support
The ajax search form has stopped working. It used to start searching when somebody had typed 3 letters in the form. Now nothing happens.
Unfortunately it might have been like that for several days. I have updated several plugins in this period – including the ajax search plugin, I think – so it is hard to say what have caused it.
Anyway I have removed the search option from the menu – but it can be found here: http://www.kommunen.dk/1-testside
Hope you can help. PLEASE notice that this is a live site.
Regards,
Johan SeidenfadenPS: You should log in using the “Log ind” option in the menu.
January 5, 2016 at 11:55 am #7226Hi!
Thank you for the proper details.
Some of the compatibility data seemed to be inconsistent, so I have saved the compatibility options panel without change to refresh it, and it solved the problem.
Best,
Ernest Marcinko

January 5, 2016 at 6:31 pm #7237Wow, that was fast. Thanks a lot.
Is there anything I can do to prevent this form happening again?
And can I solve the problem myself IF it happens again?
Thanks!

It should not happen again – I might have found the cause, it’s related to the current update.
If it happens anyways, all I did was opened up the Compatibility Settings submenu and saved the options without changing anything 🙂
