Hi
I’m having problem with Ajax Search Pro.When I enter a search term I get this message:
Warning: The response data is missing from the ajax request! This could … All i want is for the plugin to search in specific category for titles only
Any suggestions to what is wrong?

Thanks for the details.
The live search response from the server is completely missing indeed, but there is no error code, nor anything in there. In fact it reports successful response, which is very unusual when there is no response body.
Are there any firewall/cache plugins active, that could temper with the page contents? Can you please try turning them off, to see if that makes any difference? I suspect that something is removing/catching the request body – perhaps a firewall filter or something similar.

I turned of the “crop images for caching” option – and now ASP works again.

Thank you for letting me know. It is probably a missing PHP library error, and it was not reported. I will review that part of the code to add safety checks to prevent this in the future.
