Morning guys
I hope you can help us. We found the AJAX Plugin as a recommendation that it would work with our theme.
We have installed you plugin, but seem not to be able to extract the data from the different fields from the inventory of WPBakery
You can see a search form on the home page : https://15000autos.de/
The functionality should be the same as with https://www.mobile.de/ , in the dropdowns (manufacturer, model, color …) the actual values of the inventory should be shown, so that the customer can use the existing ones and can select car makes and so on so that they can find the car they want.
With the form “Buy car” in the detailed search on the website (https://15000autos.de/auto-kaufen/?marke=audi&fahrzeugart=jahreswagen&kilometerstand=20000&preis=30000&listing_order=marke&listing_orderby=ASC) we can see that a function to choose the different makes is there, but we would like to have that properly setup as an ajax function in a nice for like on mobile.de.
Any idea and can you give us a hand???
Cheers Michael
March 31, 2020 at 11:58 am #26503Hi Michael,
I’m afraid that is not possible. Conditionally loading field values based on previous field selections is not supported, at least not yet. The problem is, that custom fields does not have relation in WordPress (like make -> model), so this is a tough one to implement.
Best,
Ernest Marcinko
