Hi Ian,

Thanks for the details. I tried to programatically increase the shortcode output location, but whenever I put a higher number, the content does not execute shortcode (which it should), and I don’t understand why. The shortcode appears after the content, but it is not executed – and if I forcefully execute it, the server does not respond. I have a feeling this issue is related to something else as well.
If you want, you can add temporary FTP details, and I can try going through the code to see where it blows away. Thanks!
