    Hi There,
    Around 15 days before I had enabled automatic updates with same purchase code. Suddenly purchase code field is blank & when I enter the purchase code again it throws me an error “This purchase code is already activated for a different site.” I haven’t activated code on any other site.

    Hi,

    The purchase code is activated on an IP address, not domain. If you have migrated recently from test to production or something similar, then that could explain it. I have reset the purchase code, now you can activate it again.
