    Hi,

I bought this plugin thinking it would be a simple way to allow users of my website to search by SKU.

So far all I have managed to do is get frustrated by your documentation some of which is 5 or 6 years old.

What I see trying to manage the plugin does not resemble what is shown in the help files.

How do I simply permit customers and users to search by SKU?

I would delete the YouTube information as that also is 5 or 6 years old and way out of date.

    Results or refund please.

    Hi,

I assume you are using WooCommerce. It stores the SKU data in a custom field called “_sku”. Please check this documentation on how to select that – I just updated that page with an additional index table section, in case you are using that.
