Buddypress profile fields

Hi there, i am facing bit of a difficulty in setting it up to work fine.

Users have a profile field called About me and lets taken an example for a user’s profile field value:

About me: Account Executive | 5 Years | Delhi | MBA

Now i want the following search terms to show up the above profile:

Account executive in delhi
Account executives in delhi
accountants in delhi
Accounts executives in delhi with 5 years experience

What to do?Please help

Hey i figured that out. So ignore that question.

But here is a question:

While the search results are displayed, i want the profile field to be displayed as well. I an configured the search for a profile field called “about me”, so i want the about me information to be displayed in the search results drop down too so that users can decide which one of from they should click on.

Hi!

For that purpose I believe you will have to use a custom function. Try putting this one to the functions.php file in your theme directory:

Change the $profile_field variable value to the field you want to use.
