This topic contains 2 replies, has 2 voices, and was last updated by sison246612 1 year, 9 months ago.
I am trying to get results autopopulated, then allow the user to filter down the results.
First I tried these settings
But this shows no results when the page loads.
I tried these settings
Which populates the search box, but does NOT filter live results when the user uses any of the filter checkboxes.
What am I doing wrong?
FYI, The live filters work properly if the user does a normal search
Hi,
I believe you have a minimum character count set to trigger the search. Even though the auto populate executes under some condition, it will not proceed with the filters until the character count is met. Changing that to 0 will resolve the issue.
Best,That worked. Thank you.
