    I am getting an error when trying to install the pro version. Very frustrated!

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

    Plugin installation failed.

    Hi,

    Please make sure to download the correct package (Installable WordPress file only). Our vendor requires two downloadable packages from us, one of which is only a “complete” pack with additional metadata and is not installable before unpacking..

    That worked! Thank you! Should I deactivate the Lite version since I bought the Pro?

    Great! Yes, it is recommended to deactivate, as they share most of the codebase and it’s redundant.
