    Hello,
We have been unable to get the plugin working inside of wp-admin. I would like to request a refund for the plugin.
    Thank you!
    Derek

    Hi Derek,

I need to check on the issue in order to make sure it is actually a problem caused by the plugin, and not a 3rd party related error. Even in that case, it could be very easily fixable. If the issue is indeed caused by the plugin, and is not easily fixable, we will of course approve a refund request.

Can you please add temporary FTP and back-end details to your ticket, so I can look at the problem directly? Thank you very much.

    Best,
    Ernest Marcinko

    Hi,

Thank you for the details. I have logged in to the server, and I can see the plugin back-end working correctly. There is a search instance created, and it appears to be working as well.

Is the problem something different? Maybe I have missunderstood you.

    Hi Ernesto,

Do you have a link you can share?

We want this to work on the backend, not on the front end. This is intended for admin use…

    Hi,

Oh, I understand now. I don’t think that is possible at all. The plugin was made for the front-end only, that is why there is no mention of back-end usage nor any examples for admin use in the features list.

    Hi Derek,

For this reason, unfortunately it will be very likely rejected. We follow the Envato market re-fund policy, which is very strict, and applies on very specific cases.
Please read the re-fund policy on this URL for more information about re-funds and reasons: Envato Market Refund Policy for Customers
You can open a re-fund request here: Request a refund

We review the re-fund cases within 3-5 days, sometimes even sooner.

    Hi Ernest,

I have submitted a request. The item description does not explicitly state front end or back end use, and all of the descriptions on the item could be used for backend as well. I hope you’ll refund this item and I also hope you will add more explicit details to the item description.

    Respectfully,
    Derek
