    Hi,

    I want to assign a search only to specific categories excluding all other categories how to perform this?

    Hi!

    On the Advanced Options -> Exclude results panel you can choose which categories to exclude/or include only for search: https://i.imgur.com/v325r90.png

    If you only want to search specific categories, then I suggest using the “include” option (second on the picture above).
