Category / Taxonomies not filtering on results

Hi I am trying to filter posts/cpt by category/taxonomy dropdown or check boxes on preloaded results but nothing gets filtered, the results display and the dropdown is populated, you have an example which I have attached and i’d like to recreate can you tell me what I need to do or send me the configuration settings to achieve this… I think I am doing something wrong

Can you please share an URL where I could take a look at the issue?

If there are unwanted results in the list, they might be from unrelated taxonomies. You should first try to turn off this option to make sure: https://i.imgur.com/U7E1gCk.png
