Cecking a checkbox not filtering the list

As you can see in the link above, clicking on the checkboxes is not filtering the list, can you tell me why?

Hi,

Because it looks like the minimum character count to trigger the live search is set to 1. If you change it to 0, it should start working: https://i.imgur.com/8bWVEjH.png
