Changing Language

Hi there,

I need to change the language of the plugin to German, how do I do this?

Or, more specifically, how do I change the no results statement (“No results! Sorry did you mean”) to “Ihre Eingabe führt zu keinen Ergebnissen – meinten Sie”.
