We want to offer the user the possibility to select different filters (checkbox style) rather than radio button.
However, I don’t find it very intuitive how it’s working by default, but maybe I’m missing a setting.
At the moment, if we have a “Select all” setting, the user then needs to unselect all the irrelevant settings and then re-select the ones they are interested in. It seems a rather click-consuming process.
I have created the following tutorial to explain the issue more in detail: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/cm1ul7jz98olwueqpampn/filters-search.mp4?rlkey=5x93irbjge5lt7ps05d52ad40&st=h7n76ult&dl=0
Sure! There is a way to “hack” that. On the Search Sources if you don’t select any post types, the checkboxes will be unchecked: https://i.imgur.com/kSXngw2.png
It’s not the best solution, but for now it should work. Later on the filters administrator section will be reworked for a more intuitive layout.
