For the datepicker search on this page: https://potatocongress.org/test/, I don’t see a way to show/hide/collapse the search results. Clicking off the area will close the results panel, but is there a way to reopen without re-submitting the search? I can maybe come up with JS solution, but just wondering is there a setting for that?

Sort of yes – you can actually turn off the auto-closing whenever the search area loses focus here: https://i.imgur.com/CB6Eyvg.png
