ParticipantHello there,
it seems I might have found another issue or conflict.
Check out this page: https://www.meeplemansion.de/spiele/die-quacksalber-von-quedlinburg/die-kraeuterhexen/test/
The animations of the wpdiscuz comments plugin and your plugin don’t seem to like each other.
In other articles (https://www.meeplemansion.de/spiele/strategiespiele/top-10-die-besten-strategiespiele/) it seems to work fine.
I contacted my web hosting provider since they are also awesome at figuring out what does not work on a website, and they said it is a conflict between wpdiscz and asp
You can use the same login data like last time

KeymasterHi Johannes,
Before trying anything, have you tried to turn off the Ajax Search Pro plugin, to see if the problem persists? If it’s still there, then it is related to something else.
Can you please specify what is the exact conflict? I am not sure what to look at here. I am seein the comment section on the bottom of the page, but I am not sure what animations to look at.
On both pages the search is active, so I very highly doubt there is any conflict – as it should be present on both pages I guess.
Please let me know the steps exactly to replicate the issue.February 26, 2020 at 1:06 pm #26010Johannes42
ParticipantHello,
Sorry, I was not clear enough. Yes, I tried disabling the plugin and it fixed the issue. You can test it by clicking into the comment field. There should be an animation that cuts out the profile picture. When ASP is enabled, it does not work for this very post; if it is disabled, it does. I have no idea whatsoever why this is only happening in this post.
Best wishes

KeymasterHi,
Thank you, I see the issue now.
I debugged this for over an hour, and I could not find anything in conflict. It must be multile click/focus event handlers conflicting with each other, but it is almos impossible to find.
I finally resolved the issue by changing the javascript loading method to “minified scoped” under the plugin compatibiltiy options: https://i.imgur.com/87UwGer.pngFebruary 26, 2020 at 2:29 pm #26013Johannes42
ParticipantGreat, thanks!
I guess that is the problem of WordPress and a lot of plugins. Makes it really hard to pinpoint the problem.
