Hello,
(related to this comment: https://codecanyon.net/item/ajax-search-pro-for-wordpress-live-search-plugin/3357410/comments?page=118&filter=all#comment_23942454 )
I am using the Woocommerce Booking to create bookable products. The plugin does not include the feature to have a SEARCH FORM for this products. I need to place a searcher in the homepage of my site, something like this https://monosnap.com/file/JfHelbWfDdakBFg0UfnrzussDYLvnY
Then, I need to use your plugin to create this Searcher.
I have done these captures to show you that your plugin seems to detect all Booking Field to get this done:

https://monosnap.com/file/1DaBbeoFpxPqUff5cVQUUPPMXmG6Tc where you will see
Let me know if you need admin access to my site, is so I will send credentials by email. thanks.

April 1, 2020 at 12:31 pm #26521Hi,
From the back-end, I think the booking dates are very likely stored in “_booking_start” and “_booking_end” custom fields, although I am not sure.
Best,

April 1, 2020 at 2:42 pm #26532Hello,
Ok, I added the custom field here, is this the right place to add the fields I need?
But it is not shown in the searcher: here
Can you tell me where is the right place to start adding the fields?
thanks.

You have to make the filters visible, or use the settings shortcode, possible configuration: https://i.imgur.com/WoMYtJN.png
Best,
Related documentation.

April 1, 2020 at 3:02 pm #26544Hi,
I got the fields to be shown. I first try with a simple search (capture-1) and get now results even where there is a product available (capture-2).
What about the OPERATORS, I don’t fully know how to use them. Can you please guide me?

The “_booking_start” and “_booking_end” custom field does not seem to be existing for the “product” custom post type, but for the booking post type instead. It won’t work that way, the custom field must be set for the post type that you want to filter.
Best,
You could be able to use that to filter the bookings, but not the products, if those fields are not set.

April 1, 2020 at 3:15 pm #26549Hi,
I attached a capture of “General-Options / Sources”. Can you tell me if I have the right ‘Post types’ and ‘Custom Fields’ added here?

Best,
Although the question is, if the wc_bookings post type is public, or viewable by the user – I honestly don’t know that.

April 1, 2020 at 3:27 pm #26552Hello,
I am afraid I don’t have the knowledge to go deeper with this and to honest I expected a little more help from you.
Anyway, I understand that this setting could complex and the price I apid to extend my support is not enough for you. If so, is there any chance you can take this as a work under budget (quotation)?

April 2, 2020 at 10:23 am #26556Hi,
Can you please answer me? I just need to know if I can count on you. Thanks.
April 2, 2020 at 1:43 pm #26558Hi,
I’m sorry, I’m doing the most I can. I’m already overdoing my support duties, as configuration, and finding out details about specific installation is not actually part of it. I’m doing my best to help, but I am not the author of the other plugin, and I am not familiar with it’s inner workings, all I can do is share what I find.
Best,
This definitely needs some sort of a customization to somehow connect the product post type with the other one, or use their plugin API. Unfortunately I am not available for customizations, I can barely handle my current duties at the moment. I can suggest trying wpkraken or envato studio to find devs.
