hi there, i thought it would be easier to ask you directly instead of exploring around on my own.
I am using Bricks Builder for my site (https://bricksbuilder.io/)
I’m trying to recreate the search and results area, similar to this page
https://sellingsingapore.com/listings/resale/For the top section, i understand that it will be using the Custom Fields option
(i will be using the ACF free version to input the custom fields)
https://snipboard.io/i2Ceqp.jpgFor the bottom search results portion, im not sure how that could be done.
is there a shortcode that i need to insert and configure that to display all blog posts of a category first, and then adjust based on the search parameters?December 14, 2021 at 10:01 am #35955Hi,
Sorry for the late response, we had a major server database issue, which we had to deal with first.
For this type of setup, you could use the search shortcode on the top section of the page, and the results shortcode on the bottom of the page.
With that, you get the search bar on the top, and the results container on the bottom. If you want to display the search settings by default, you can do that as well.
Best,
To show the results on initial page load, you can use the auto-populate feature.
