We’ve been encountering an esthetic issue with our range slider custom field since the plugin update of version 4.16. Around the same time, we also updated our version of WordPress so we don’t know which one exactly caused the problem.
What happens is that the runner of the range slider is now completely invisible, and both sliders are barely visible, which makes the custom field almost unusable by our users. We don’t know how to fix it, we tried to look into our CSS code to see if maybe the problem was coming from us, but we don’t seem to find an explanation to the problem. I also tried every single Ajax theme, and the problem remains the same.
Here’s what it looks like:

June 28, 2019 at 8:37 am #23476Hi,
The most likely cause is probably the site or browser cache. Make sure to clear all layers of cache, including page, assets, browser and CDN (cloudflare included). Once everything is clear, it should very likely appear normally again.

And thank you for your help!
Unfortunately I tried to empty all caches, and the problem remains the same, no change at all.

Can you please try changing the CSS compatibility level to the default ‘Medium’: https://i.imgur.com/FAwa0l3.png
Best,
Then clearing the cache again. In some cases that is the best option.
