Without selecting the checkboxes, textbox in search bar working, but when i select the checkboxes results are not displaying.
Form Name: Policies search
Business: textbox (Type:text, Operator:LIKE)
Effective Date From: Checkbox (Type:checkbxes,Checkbox logic: OR, Operator:LIKE)
Effective Date To: Checkbox (Type:checkbxes,Checkbox logic: OR, Operator:LIKE)Please resolve this.

You cannot access this content.Unfortunately I cannot use remote desktop software or team viewer for security reasons, I’m sorry.
Can you maybe set up a test environment somewhere I can access?
Also, you can export the search instances you created to a .txt file and attach them here. It would allow me to see your configuration at least, maybe it helps a bit.

I thin that the custom field related configuration seems to be incorrect.
For example, if I edit the “Effective date from” field, I see the following value: value||Effective Date From**
1. Does the effective_date_from custom field exist with every post you want to search for?
2. Does the effective_date_from custom field has the “value” string as it’s actual value?Because based on this configuration the plugin tries to filter the posts where the effective_date_from exists AND it’s value is “value”.
