Custom post and reset function

Hello,
i like the function for additional search tags in posts (in attachments). I also want use it for my custom post type “Лекарски грешки”. How can i do this?
My second question: I use some filters in search page (https://xn—-7sbaboie9abec7dej5i.bg/search/), but is there posibility to reset filters and no show result in this case?

Thank you for the details!

1. I made a change via FTP, so it should be now visible on any custom post type. I will probably add an option for that in the future.
2. Unfortunately there is no re-set filter button yet. The only possible way is to re-fresh the page. Maybe you could simply add a link that points to the same page, so reloads it, as a temporary solution?
