I am curious how to change the description displayed once searched to a custom part of the page instead of the top of the page of that page.
for example:
I search “rodents”
it shows in the description section of the search the top of the page text.
But how do i display what i want? A custom part of the page?
Hi,
Well, I don’t think that is doable, even with custom coding. The page content is stored as is, and the plugin will show the closest relevant section if possible.
If you want a custom description, you can use the primary and secondary description fields. Then you can either define the post excerpt, or a custom field for the description.
