Different languages appearing in search results

Hello,
Hope you can help, we are using WPML on this website at the same time as the Ajax search pro, we have the WPML compatability switched to on but it is still showing results from different languages in the suggestions? any ideas how we can fix this?

Are there any specific phrases in specific languages I should try? I tried the live search on the results page, switched to a couple of languages, but it seemed all right at first sight: https://i.imgur.com/AOcU3Kw.png
