yes there i have tested it with the featured image manuelly, but is it nessesary to set the featured Image automaticly with the Document type.
like Mustersatzungsvorschlag Kinderfeuerwehr
Well from the plugins perspective yes. Each custom post type has it’s own image. However if the download plugin has some sort of an API or something to check what the document type is, then it could be integrated via custom code. For that you will have to ask the developer.
This is out of the scope of our support, but I can help if the solution is not too complex.
