Hello! Thanks so much for building + maintaining this awesome tool!
I’ve found some strange behavior on the front end of my embedded Ajax search. Any clicking and dragging on the tool’s “results” border causes the entire queue to disappear.
I’ve attached 2 screenshots:
1. The first depicts the user’s default view of the search tool on my webpage. The red box highlights where to click + drag to see the weirdness stated above.
2. The second shows what happens after a user accidentally clicks + drags from that spot (ie. the results listings disappear).
Appreciating your time + effort on this in advance — Thank you!
Soph
Hi,
Thank you for your kind words!
It is basically an expected behavior by default, as the click+drag registers as a “mouseup” event on a different element. It is the same as when you click on any element outside the search results container, the results close.
You can turn this behavior off here: https://i.imgur.com/6Z4vhmq.png
