Hi,
We have installed ajax search pro in our website and we are testing it.
emergencyequipment.us/test-search
So when we are searching for say “part”, it would show results as dropdowns as you are typing the search keyword.
Is it possible to display the result – https://emergencyequipment.us/?s=part the same way the dropdowns are shown? This is when you type enter to display search results. Please cc [email protected] for the response.
Thanks
March 8, 2017 at 7:32 pm #12218Hi,
The results page template is unfortunately fully controlled by the currently active theme, the plugin cannot affect it’s layout. It’s usually displayed via the search.php file in the theme directory.
You can however disable the redirection when hittin the return key in the search form on the General Options -> Logic & Behavior panel: https://i.imgur.com/hH0op6t.png

It’s on the search instance options panel: https://goo.gl/yo6uLS
Best,
Clicking the blue gear on the instances list will open the search instance options: https://i.imgur.com/RYKBQ7Y.png
