Great upgrade, bravo, it was the one I was waiting for !
However, the “Select all option” checkbox doesn’t seem to work. It doesn’t appear…
I’ve set the option in settings and don’t see it on frontend…
Any idea ?

It was a known issue within version 4.9.0. I’ve uploaded a hotfix just about a day ago (4.9.1).
Please update to that one, make sure to clear your browser cache, and try configuring that option again. It was a minor Javacript problem, where changing some parts of the the taxonomy term otpions did no effect.
Make sure that the “Select all option” is indeed checked on the back-end after saving. (and after the update). If not, then most likely still the 4.9.0 javascript files are cache-served by the browser or the server.
