Our search is not searching through the post excerpt even though it is switched on in the settings. After updating to the latest version, the magnifier icon is not displayed properly and moved to the left instead of the right.
I am still waiting for a response. Ajax Search Pro is not searching through the excerpts of our products and it is badly influencing the user experience. Please assist in this matter.
Please note that I am talking about the “Short Description” field for WooCommerce.
Please reply as this ticket has remained without reply from you for a month!

It looks like the redirection to the WooCommerce search page has changed. I’ve chaged the Redirect to url? option on the General Options -> Behavior panel to: ?s={phrase}&post_type=product
It appears to be searching the excerpts now correctly. I have tried “Golden” then “Golden ginger” and the redirections seemed all right now.
