ParticipantHello,
I am facing a couple of different issues.
Notes for all testing:
– visit statusstay.com
– type in “st regis”
– the search results page is custom from Elementor Pro (using this documentation: https://documentation.ajaxsearchpro.com/elementor-integration/elementor-custom-search-page-archive-override-and-live-filter)
– the logic is set to redirect to Elementor Search Results for both desktop and mobileDesktop
On Chrome:
– search functionality and search results work fine on Chrome EXCEPT
– there are 3 pages of search results – when you click pages 2 and 3, nothing happens
– I have tried a different theme, and it’s not a theme issue – I have deactivated Ajax Search Pro, and then the page numbers work fineOn Firefox and Safari:
– nothing happens when you search (except the live search drop-down does work)Mobile
On mobile default browser for iPhone, mobile Chrome and mobile Firefox:
– nothing happens when you search (except the live search drop-down does work) – the homepage reloadsAppreciate your help.
Thank you,

KeymasterHi Lisa,
Can you please share a URL for a page where this setup is visible? Thank you!

ParticipantHello, I cleared the cache on my laptop and phone for all browsers and am still experiencing these issues. Then I used a secondary laptop and phone which I do not use to manage the site or view on any regular basis. Still, same issues. What do you suggest?

KeymasterHi,
Looking at the front page, I think you have incorrectly set results page URL, it redirects to: https://statusstay.com/?elementor_library=search-results&asp_ls={phrase}
..which is not the results page, but the elementor library editor page. Make sure to change that here: https://i.imgur.com/q5uqNpr.png
I was automatically redirected to the front-page, because I was not logged in.
That change will lead to the correct results page URL, which is this: https://statusstay.com/?s=
If you try that on any device, it will work.May 6, 2020 at 10:34 am #27130statusstay04
ParticipantThanks so much for your guidance. This has solved my issue. Appreciate your help!
