    Can’t update the plugin, this is the message I’m getting: Update failed: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.

    Hi,

    Make sure that the plugin license is activated on your site. If that does not work, then try the manual update instead.

    I know how to do it manually, We have 2 licence and all activate, That problem happened both of them, I thought maybe you should be aware of this problem, maybe other customers have experienced it.

    Hi,

    I will investigate, but there are no other reports of this, and our test servers are working fine as well.
