Hello, filter widgets by attribute have stopped working. I have tried everything, deactivate plugins, change default theme and nothing, before it worked and now it doesn’t.
Can you help me, thank you very much and greetings, Javier.

Those filters are not generated by our plugin unfortunately, you will have to check where are they originating from, and ask the developers about that.

That is not that – those are for filtering, but to search by taxonomy terms, please follow the documentation link I sent earlier.
Best,
You don’t need to use those filters, as you are using a different plugin for that, I recommend removing the filters to make sure it does not cause any conflicts either.

August 25, 2022 at 10:08 am #39016Hi Ernest,
But it is not possible for the search engine to filter by categories??, right now it does not do it correctly, I am not asking for attributes, but at least categories…?
Thank You and best regards, Javier.
August 25, 2022 at 11:52 am #39018I’m sorry, my mistake.
The screenshot you sent is to search and return categories and other taxonomy terms as results. In the documentation link I sent, it explains how to enable searching post types by categories.
Please make sure to enable the option suggested in the documentation link, it will resolve the issue to search by categories.

August 25, 2022 at 11:56 am #39020Hi Ernest,
Yes, but I have already sent you a screenshot showing you that this option is activated…, you can take a look at the configuration, (you have the credentials to access the site).
Thank You and best regards, Javier.
August 25, 2022 at 12:08 pm #39021I’m afraid it is not activated, that is a different option. I logged in to check, see: https://i.imgur.com/wu55oKu.png
Best,
Once you turn it on, it will do the trick 🙂
