Exclude page from search

Hi
I have gone to the advanced option to exclude a page from the search.

If I enter the page ID or the name it’ still coming up in my search dropdown

https://mylearningportal.wolterskluwer.co.uk/
https://mylearningportal.wolterskluwer.co.uk/all-courses

The page i am trying to exclude is
https://mylearningportal.wolterskluwer.co.uk/my-courses

What am i doing wrong ?

Hi Tony,

That does look correctly configured to me. Have you tried to you use the option above it to exclude?
I have tested the exclusion box quickly on our test environment, but it works, so it might be related to a specific configuration.

If that option does not work either, can you please add temporary back-end and FTP access? I will debug the code directly to see what’s wrong there.

I was able to find the bug and correct it. It was related to a specific configuration only. I will make sure to include this fix in the upcoming release of course, so you don’t have to worry about it anymore.
