Exclude Product Category, not just post category

I couldn’t find where I could exclude a specific ‘product category’ from displaying in search results. I only see the wp post category. Is there an option to exclude for example, my ‘discontinued’ product category?

Hi!

If you want to exclude products from a specific product category, you can do it on the Advanced Options -> Exclude results panel, by choosing the corresponding taxonomy. In case of WooCommerce, it’s the Product Categories: http://i.imgur.com/MA06dJi.png
