Hi Ernest,
Envato did not reply to me, I think the booked extension should be correct now.

The custom field filters are definitely incorrect. I’m not sure about the dates, but the adults/childs custom fields does not exist, that will not work for sure. I could not find any related custom fields – thes might not be stored as post meta?

I honestly don’t know, as I am not familiar with the other plugin. I could only check the configuration to see if those custom fields exist, but they don’t. There is probably a field that stores the capacity somewhere (maybe the “_hb_room_capacity” ?), but you might have to ask the other plugin author which one is it.
Best,
Once you have the name of that field, you could create a filter, something like this: https://i.imgur.com/VlZ0zbD.png

If you think about it, one place can have multiple bookings, and that means multiple start and end dates. That must be stored in some sort of a structured data field, but it is defintiely won’t work with the date filter. Date filters are used to compare a picked date against a field, where a date is stored. But in this case, there can’t be a single date stored in the date field, if a room can be occupied multiple times. They probably use some sort of special custom coded structure and filter made exactly for their case for multiple booking dates.
The room capacity should still work, if that is actually a numeric field, if you try that with this configuration, and it works, then it is the right one.
Best,
Ernest Marcinko
